If you wish for higher level of comfort, we recommend you our Deluxe rooms with balcony, which include all the services of the Deluxe Room, however they are bigger in size and are therefore more comfortable\u2013 the size of the rooms without bath at least 24 m2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There is a possibility for additional bed, nevertheless there is space for two additional persons, as our couch can be converted into a sofa bed for two persons.<\/p>\n

The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen island, including hotplate, kitchen sink, worktop and microwave and besides it there is a dining table with chairs.<\/p>\n

All rooms are equipped with a separate shower cabinet and WC (unseparated 3-3,5 m2<\/strong>), air conditioner ensures heat protection in summer, and “blackout” curtains, electronic shutter and high quality mattress ensure restful sleep.<\/p>\n

Accomodations on the first floor guarantee perfect rest due to their location (rooms with garden view \/ streat view), as there is no street noise to hear (even though the street is not too busy).
The size of these rooms is 24 m2<\/strong> and the balcony contributes to great relaxation.<\/p>\n

Broadband WiFi and LCD Smart television guarantee entertainment.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, minibar (filled up on request), safe, room service and room telephone (by which you can reach the reception) ensure comfort.<\/p>\n

All rooms are non-smoking rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony.<\/p>\n
